Jamie JaggernauthJamie Jaggernauth (Operations Manager)

Jamie joined Deep-Insight in 2015. She has a strong operations background with international experience in IT and business services in Latin America, the Caribbean, UK and Ireland. Skilled in Analytics, Research Design, Communication, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Organisational Leadership, Jamie holds a BSc in Economics alongside several supplementary professional qualifications and is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of quantitative research projects.

Peter Lavers (Country Manager – UK)

Peter has 25 years experience in relationship marketing and customer experience management. Peter’s early career was with Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motors, where he held senior roles in commercial and logistics, customer management and marketing. Peter holds a B.Eng from Bradford University is also a director of Customer Attuned. Our Deep-Insight account team in the UK is led by Peter Lavers.

Brian O’Doherty (Country Manager – Australia)

Brian joined the Deep-Insight team in 2005, and is also a director of Sales As A Service (SAAS), a specialist Sales and Marketing service provider to the IT industry. Prior to Deep-Insight and SAAS, Brian held senior roles in sales and general management. Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University College Dublin, a Graduate Diploma in Business Information Systems from the University of Wollongong and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland.

Pim Braat (Regional Manager – Benelux)

Pim is a seasoned sales executive who joined Deep-Insight from Experiensus, a company that he co-founded to market Deep-Insight’s services in the UK. He held a variety of strategic sales, marketing and client relationship management functions with Shell Services International, Shell Chemicals and GE Plastics over a period of 25 years. Pim holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delft in the Netherlands.

Dariusz Plasota (Regional Manager – Central Europe)

Dariusz is an experienced sales executive who has previously worked in a series of management roles for Guinness PLC and Cargill Polska. Dariusz joined the Deep-Insight team in 2012 and is responsible for our Central European market. Based in Warsaw, Dariusz is also the director of Instytut Informacji Rynkowej – DPConsulting and holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Politechnika Warszawska.
