Company History
Deep-Insight was incorporated in 2000, following extensive scientific research into the drivers of customer retention and employee performance.
Having worked with and analysed the success factors of several hundred European companies over a period of nearly ten years, Deep-Insight’s founder, Dr Pierre Chenet, designed and built the customer retention and employee performance engines that form the basis of our online assessment products.
Today, Deep-Insight serves the business needs of large global organisations from its headquarters in the National Software Centre in Cork, in the southwest of Ireland.
Deep-Insight has sales offices in London, Paris, Amsterdam and Sydney.
