Your Privacy

At Deep-Insight, we are in the relationship business. We value your custom and respect your privacy. We adhere to the following guiding principles regarding the privacy of your data and that of your customers and employees:

- We never rent or sell your personal information to third parties for
  marketing purposes.
- We never share your contact information with another user, unless both
  of you choose to contact one another .

Information Collection and Usage

We collect information from you when we conduct a Deep-Insight assessment of your customers of your employees. We ask you to provide us with details such as names, company details and e-mail addresses. All such information is held by Deep-Insight in the strictest confidence.

When we assess your customers, we maintain the anonymity of each respondent unless they expressly consent to sharing their details with you. We always maintain the anonymity of responses when we conduct employee assessments – we never ask them to waive their anonymity.

We will hold customer and employee information for 24 months, after which we will delete the data from our records.

Security of Information

We make every effort to ensure that any sensitive information you provide to us is maintained in a secure environment. Any sensitive information that you provide to us will be secured using all industry-standard protocols and technology.

Deep-Insight’s employees understand the need for user privacy, and we maintain strict security procedures to protect your information. We have appointed Dr Pierre Chenet, our company founder, as Deep-Insight’s Privacy Policy Administrator to monitor privacy practices. Access to user data is strictly controlled and our employees are trained respect user privacy. Any access given to employees is restricted to their need of such information for business reasons.

Sharing Information with Outside Parties?

As a global company, Deep-Insight may transfer data internationally throughout our worldwide organisation. We will not sell individual information and will share it with our partners and advisors, only where necessary. For example, when we conduct telephone-based assessments or conduct assessments through partner companies, we need to share your information with them. However, you can be assured that we will never sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

Use of Cookies

Like most web sites, Deep-Insight uses cookies and web log files to track site usage when you visit our website. A cookie is a tiny data file which resides on your computer which allows Deep-Insight to recognise you as a user when you return to our site using the same computer and web browser. If you are uncomfortable regarding cookies use, please keep in mind you can disable cookies on your computer by changing the settings in preferences or options menu in your browser.

External Sites

Sometimes we will provide links to external web sites outside of Deep-Insight. We do not control the quality of those external web sites and provide these links only as a convenience. By providing links to those sites we do not imply that we endorse their usage nor have any control over their policies on privacy or security.
