Frank Long (Non-Executive Director)
Frank, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, is Chief Operations Officer at Oxfam Ireland. Frank worked in senior financial positions across a number of industries including financial services (GE Capital), motor (Renault) and media (Celtic Media Group). He also worked extensively with investment firms and early-stage software companies. Frank has a strong IT background, trained as computer auditor with PWC and has lived and worked in the UK and Ireland.
John O’Connor (CEO)
John has 30 years of experience in customer management and sales. John was an Associate Partner with Accenture in London and subsequently led its CRM practice in Dublin. Prior to joining Deep-Insight in 2005, he co-founded HotOrigin, an investment company specialising in working with early-stage software and technology firms. John holds an engineering degree from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from the London Business School. John has lived and worked in South Africa, Middle East, UK and Ireland.
Rose Murphy (COO)
Rose joined Deep-Insight in 2003 from the Clara Group, where she was IT and project manager for its Irish call centre operations. Prior to this, she worked for CityRail, the Australian passenger rail service covering the greater Sydney region. Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development from Cork Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Applied Project Management from the Institute of Project Management of Ireland. She is also certified by IPMA as a Project Management Associate.
